I must say that I was really amazed with the setup you have with all the birds and cages, you can tell they are looked after properly and with care. You really did take your time with me on the phone and in person making sure I got the appropriate cage for my Quaker parrot. You made sure I was aware of the bar spacing that worked and a good size so he would be comfortable in it. The selection you have is much better than the pet store by my house and of course the prices you can not even compare. With the money I spent on a brand new playtop parrot cage 24''x22'' at your store I could probably only get a small 16''x16'' Budgie or Cockatiel sized cage. I know I will recommend you to anyone interested in buying a cage or bird..... Thankyou.
I just wanted to write a quick thank you for your help in getting the 2 newest members of my flock! "Kermit" and "Piggy" (male and female fancy budgies), have already adapted so well to their new home and cage - which was also purchased from you! They love being out of the cage and they are already eating out of my hands and play on their play-set. Piggy (female fancy) has a diva attitude...likes to chase people's toes and Kermit (male fancy) just follows Piggy around and does whatever she does. They are very happy birds and are eating and singing all day. Thanks again!

I just purchased my new Finch Alejandro this week. The experience was great, and although I didn't get to meet Matthew myself; he did such a great job informing me about my bird and delivering him to me directly. I much preferred my experience with MF Pets, than I did at a chain pet store. Alejandro is loving his new home, I haven't convinced him to sit on my hand yet, but we are close. Thanks a lot!

Matthew I must say that this whole process was truly a great experience for me as this was my first time owning a pet. Your setup really shows someone how much you care for these birds and the time and quality you give them. The Quaker I purchased from you (Nigele) is such a great bird and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I tell everyone what I paid for Him and his cage and they won't believe me..It was a GREAT deal. I not only got a Happy and Healthy pet bird but I also got the great service that you providing, I know my several phone calls with all the questions were alittle over the top but I do ThankYou for everything and I know we will keep in touch,

Dear Matthew;
I could not be any happier than I am right now with my selection of your beautiful white face pied Cockatiel and for your kind consideration in calling me to let me know that the nestlings we spoke about in December were ready to go.
On his first day here I left him pretty much alone to familiarize himself with his new luxury sized condo. On day two he parked himself in front of a seed cup and stayed there. Hmmm yum-apples...mmm coconut. Today I moved his cage closer to my desk and we chatted about everything and nothing. Well I talked, he listened. Later in the afternoon I pried him away from his seed cup , placed him on my shoulder and there he stayed occasionally nibbling on my earlobe. It's evening now and I've been occupied with avian housekeeping and installing perches, calcium and vitamin blocks, cuttlebones and a few toys. Now here's the cruncher. After all this effort in sprucing up his bachelor pad, whenever I open the door he runs up my arm to my shoulder and claims my earlobe like its a delectable nibblet of corn.
I already can see that he's a very intelligent bird with a calm, centered self confidence. And that my dear Matthew is a testimony to the manner in which you devotedly care for your fine feathered friends. When I visited your aviary, I must say that my expectations were exceeded in every way. The place was clean and bright and the residents were contentedly chortling and clucking away as they busied themselves with the domestics of putting babies to bed and settling down for the night. All very happy and healthy bird so fortunate to be entrusted in your care. Your passion, sincerity and professional acumen was a pleasure to behold and I am the richer for having the experience. I wish you the best of luck, in this, and all your future endeavours.
